Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 01, 2026

Aristacorp operates the website aristacorp.com. This policy describes what personal information we collect when you browse the site or place an order, why we hold it, who else sees it, and the control you have over it. It applies to everything we do at aristacorp.com.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what an order or an inquiry actually requires.

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, telephone number, shipping address and billing address.
  • Order records: the products you bought, your order history, and the messages you exchange with our support team.
  • Technical data generated by your visit: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, the pages you viewed, the site that referred you, and the time of each request.

2. Payment Details

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments under PCI-DSS standards. Your card number and payment credentials go directly to the processor. We do not receive, handle or store a full card number on our servers, so there is no card data here to lose.

3. Why We Hold It

  • To take payment, pack, ship, track, return and refund your order.
  • To answer your questions and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve what is slow, confusing or broken.
  • To meet obligations imposed on us by law, including tax and accounting rules.
  • To send marketing messages, and only where you have asked for them. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

4. Who Else Sees It

Your information is shared with a small number of third-party service providers, and only so far as running the shop requires it:

  • Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and its order records.
  • Our payment processor, to authorise and settle transactions.
  • Shipping carriers, who need a name and an address to deliver a parcel.
  • Analytics providers, who report on site usage.

We may also disclose information where a law, a regulation, a court order or a lawful request obliges us to, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our property or someone's safety.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site uses cookies and comparable technologies to keep your cart and session working, to remember preferences such as currency and region, and to measure traffic. Your browser settings control which cookies are accepted, and you can clear or block them at any point; be aware that blocking some of them will stop parts of the checkout from functioning.

6. How Long We Keep It

Order and contact records are kept for as long as they are needed to fulfil the order, support you afterwards, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, and resolve any dispute that arises. After that they are deleted or anonymised so that the data can no longer be traced back to you.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to the information we hold, and traffic between your browser and our servers is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. No system connected to the internet can be declared absolutely secure, and we make no claim that ours is the exception; what we can say is that the sensitive part, your card data, is never in our hands.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time, through an unsubscribe link or by writing to us. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@aristacorp.com from the address associated with your order so we can identify you.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you further rights:

  • Right to know which categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete that information, subject to the exceptions the law allows, such as records we must keep for tax purposes.
  • Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. Were that ever to change, we would publish a clear opt-out mechanism before it did.
  • Right to non-discrimination: exercising a privacy right will never affect the price you pay or the service you get.

Send CCPA requests to support@aristacorp.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line.

10. Children

This store is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with COPPA. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@aristacorp.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date. It is worth re-reading occasionally, since continued use of the site follows the version published here.
