Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aristacorp.com and any order you place there. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. By browsing the site or buying from it you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who You Are Dealing With

Aristacorp is the trading name of POLO PULSE LLC, based in OZARK, MO. We sell Workspace Supplies products online, direct to customers, through this site only.

2. Eligibility

To order you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us, in particular the delivery address and contact details, is accurate and current. Orders carrying details we cannot verify may be held or cancelled.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, the login credentials are yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@aristacorp.com as soon as you suspect someone else has access, and we will help you secure it.

4. Products and Availability

Products are described on their own pages, with the dimensions, capacity and materials given to us by the maker. Photographs are representative; color can vary between screens, and a stated measurement may carry a small manufacturing tolerance. We may add, change, or withdraw a listing at any time, and we may correct an error in a description or a price after it is published, including after an order has been placed. Where a correction affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Prices, Tax and Currency

Prices appear on the site in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless a page says otherwise. The checkout shows the complete amount, product price plus any applicable tax, before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, and until then we may decline it, for example where stock has run out, where a price was listed in error, or where a payment fails verification. If you need to cancel, write to support@aristacorp.com straight away; an order that has already been processed or dispatched can no longer be stopped.

7. Payment

Accepted methods are listed on the Payment Methods page and shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. There are no hidden fees: every charge is displayed before you confirm.

8. Shipping

We deliver within the United States only, to all 50 U.S. states, and we do not ship internationally. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order, and there is no expedited service. Processing and transit times, cut-offs and tracking are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. The Refund & Returns Policy sets out the conditions, the evidence we need and the timings, and it applies in full.

10. Acceptable Use

When using this site you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to attempt any kind of fraud;
• interfere with its operation or security, or probe it for weaknesses;
• scrape, copy, republish or resell its content without our written permission;
• upload malicious code or anything designed to cause damage;
• try to reach any part of the site, or any account, that is not yours.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, product photography, graphics, layout and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to Aristacorp and protected by intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. Reproducing, distributing or otherwise exploiting them commercially requires our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer

The site and the products are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep descriptions accurate and the site running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of error, or free of harmful components. Nothing here limits any warranty or right that the law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aristacorp and POLO PULSE LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from the purchase of a product, including lost data, lost revenue and lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POLO PULSE LLC, its officers and its staff against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we hold it and who else sees it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States. Any dispute arising out of them, or out of your use of the site, is to be brought before the courts located in State of Missouri.

17. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the site after a revision is posted means you accept it.
