Two things in one: stand it open and it works as a book rest for whatever you are reading; unfold it and it becomes a basket deep enough for magazines, newspapers, loose report pages or a scrapbook stack.
Built from plastic, so it takes the weight of a full run of magazines without sagging at the corners, and it wipes clean. It measures 12.5 x 9.6 x 4.3 in and folds flat when the desk needs the space back, which makes it easy to slide behind a drawer unit or into a moving box.
Useful on a study desk, a shared work table, a bedside shelf or a hallway console where mail and paperwork collect.
